• Accommodations: Enjoy a comfortable stay with breakfast at carefully selected hotels, based on a twin-sharing basis. In hill stations, non-A/C rooms will be provided for your comfort.
• Seamless Transportation: All transfers and sightseeing are covered by a dedicated air-conditioned vehicle as per your itinerary. A professional and experienced driver will be with you from 8 AM to 8 PM daily to ensure a smooth journey.
• Houseboat Experience: (If applicable) Indulge in a relaxing 20-hour houseboat cruise through Kerala's famous backwaters, with all meals provided on board.
• All-Inclusive Fees: We've taken care of all the details. This package includes all taxes, tolls, interstate permits, parking fees, and driver allowances.
• Personalized Welcome: (For Cochin arrivals only) A personalised welcome gift in your firm’s name on arrival (cost extra).

• To & Fro Travel: Airfare or train tickets to your starting point and from your end point are not included.
• Meals: Lunches, dinners, and snacks are not specified in the itinerary and are not included in this package.
• Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses such as tips, laundry, telephone calls, and portage are your responsibility.
• Optional Activities: Any activities marked with an asterisk (*) are not included in the package price.
• Entrance Fees: All entry fees to sightseeing spots and monuments are to be paid directly.
• Travel Insurance: We recommend arranging separate travel insurance for your trip.

1.     ITINERARY CHANGES :

Meilleur Holidays reserves the right to re-arrange itineraries to suit hotel availability & unexpected situation without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.

2.     VEHICLE SERVICES :

The vehicle used is AC/Non AC and is available for point-to-point services only and is not at disposal, unless it is not mentioned. Clients are requested to follow the itinerary, and changes should be requested via email, up to 7 days prior to the travel date, if required. No AC vehicles will be operative in hilly areas.

3.     PAYMENT TERMS :

·        International tour

50% of Package Cost + 100% of the Airfare at the time of booking and balance 20 days prior to travel date. Booking is confirmed on payment of booking amount. Peak season / Blackout dates need 100% payment.

·        Domestic tour

25% of Package Cost + 100% of the Airfare at the time of booking and balance 10 days prior to travel date. Booking is confirmed on payment of booking amount. Peak season / Blackout dates need 50% payment.

·      If payment is not made as per schedule, booking will be released and collected amount will be forfeited.

4.     CANCELLATION POLICY :

·        Less than 7 days prior to travel date : 100% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge

·        7 – 15 days prior to travel date : 75% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge

·        16 - 30 days prior to travel date : 50% of Package Cost as cancellation charge

·        More than 30 days : Full refund of Package Cost excluding processing fees @ INR 1,500/- per head (Domestic) & INR 2,000/- per head (International)

·        Non-refundable : Corporate group booking / Fixed departures / Blackout dates (respective areas festival days)

5.     AIRFARE REFUND :

As per airline policy, excluding service charges as applicable.

·        Less than 7 days prior to travel date : 100% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge

·        7 – 15 days prior to travel date : 75% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge

·        16 - 30 days prior to travel date : 50% of Package Cost as cancellation charge

·        More than 30 days : Full refund of Package Cost excluding processing fees @ INR 1,500/- per head (Domestic) & INR 2,000/- per head (International)
