1.     ITINERARY CHANGES :

Meilleur Holidays reserves the right to re-arrange itineraries to suit hotel availability & unexpected situation without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.

2.     VEHICLE SERVICES :

The vehicle used is AC/Non AC and is available for point-to-point services only and is not at disposal, unless it is not mentioned. Clients are requested to follow the itinerary, and changes should be requested via email, up to 7 days prior to the travel date, if required. No AC vehicles will be operative in hilly areas.

3.     PAYMENT TERMS :

50% of Package Cost + 100% of the Airfare at the time of booking and balance 20 days prior to travel date. Booking is confirmed on payment of booking amount. Peak season / Blackout dates need 100% payment.
25% of Package Cost + 100% of the Airfare at the time of booking and balance 10 days prior to travel date. Booking is confirmed on payment of booking amount. Peak season / Blackout dates need 50% payment.
· If payment is not made as per schedule, booking will be released and collected amount will be forfeited.

1.     CANCELLATION POLICY :
·  Less than 7 days prior to travel date : 100% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge
·  7 – 15 days prior to travel date : 75% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge
·   16 - 30 days prior to travel date : 50% of Package Cost as cancellation charge
·  More than 30 days : Full refund of Package Cost excluding processing fees @ INR 1,500/- per head (Domestic) & INR 2,000/- per head (International)
·  Non-refundable : Corporate group booking / Fixed departures / Blackout dates (respective areas festival days)

· Less than 7 days prior to travel date : 100% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge

·  7 – 15 days prior to travel date : 75% of the Package Cost as cancellation charge

· 16 - 30 days prior to travel date : 50% of Package Cost as cancellation charge.

·  More than 30 days : Full refund of Package Cost excluding processing fees @ INR 1,500/- per head (Domestic) & INR 2,000/- per head (International)

·  Non-refundable : Corporate group booking / Fixed departures / Blackout dates (respective areas festival days)

·         Room up-gradation, Room heater is payable at the hotel directly (If required)

·         Please be reminded that all special requests like early check-in, smoking, non-smoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining, and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.

·         In hill, most of the hotels do not have a lift facility & the guest may have to climb stairs. 

·         Lift, Tea/coffee maker/ mini fridge/toiletry kit (with moisturizer, toothpaste, brush, etc.), etc. may be given in most hotels. But they are NOT mandatory parts of 3/4/5 Star hotels.

·         Facilities like a western toilet, a television in the room, and a geyser in the bathrooms will be there in most of the properties.

·         For CP, MAP, and AP meal plans, the menu will be on a fixed plan basis and not on an A-la-Carta basis. MAP & AP Meal plans do not include Evening snacks & cold drinks/liquor, Soups, or Desserts. We can arrange for the same at an additional cost on prior information. For orders on an A-la-Carta basis, guests are requested to make direct payments for additional items.

·         For early morning check out breakfast may be limited to simple bread & butter/jam. Puri/roti - sabji may not be available.

·         Consumption and serving of alcohol in hotels/rooms are subject to the hotel's rules and regulations. In some hotels, the consumption of alcohol is not allowed.

·         The region's prime tourist interest is its Nature and eco-friendly atmosphere. The facilities available here cannot be matched with other developed destinations. Many accommodations will have basic facilities compared with other regions. Please inform tourists that this region can be enjoyed in its natural beauty and simple flavour.
